Hey readers, I hope second semester is going well! By now you’re (hopefully) back into the swing of things and straightened out your sleeping routine. Thinking back to first year, being in cluster was challenging. Although I made some great friends, it was hard to get time alone. When the inevitable midterm stress started creeping in I had nowhere to turn. Hanging out with my friends made me feel like I should be studying, studying stressed me out more, and on top of it all my room was a stuffy mess. At this point, I’d heard all the rumours about Mystic Vale and had no interest in visiting it until one day, desperate for some fresh air, I grabbed my camera and went exploring. Here are some photos from my adventure:
That afternoon was definitely a top 10 as far as first year went. Not only was it so great to clear my head and stretch my legs but the forest is absolutely stunning! Whether you need to stretch your legs or get a break from your daily hustle, I highly recommend you all to take a break and see Mystic Vale for yourself. Physical activity is so important to your mental health! On top of that, the brain break will do wonders for your stress.
Happy hiking,
Malaika
