Shradha N.
UVic Student Mental Health Blogger
Hey everyone!! My name is Shradha (she/her). I am a third-year psychology student planning to become a clinical psychologist. I am from India and currently live on Lekwungen and WSANEC land (Victoria, BC) and I am very passionate about de-stigmatising mental health. This also is the reason why I am pursuing Clinical Psychology.
Now for the fun part, I love to paint (especially to keep me sane after doing math). P.S. I am not good at it. My hobbies include binge-watching Netflix until I start questioning my existence (Harvey Specter is my god and I worship him). I also love biking and longboarding (pandemic put a stop to everything lol). I have an unnatural, obsessive, and deep love for the moon and the ocean so if you ever see a group of people taking dips in the ocean at 3 am when the temp is 2 degrees it’s probably me and my friends. I am super excited to connect with you all throughout the semester and wish you all the very best.
