Hey Hey! I am Agam, an international student in my third year of Comp. Sci. here at UVic. My preferred pronouns are he/him. I am psyched to be volunteering with the Office of Student Life as a Mental Health Blogger. I think everyone deserves happiness and a state of well-being. This drives me to make mental wellness more accessible to people.
Coming to UVic and staying in Victoria for the past two years has been a very blooming experience in my life. From building a travel van to trying several small businesses and working on my school has been a hell of a ride figuring out myself. I have met many wonderful people throughout this ongoing journey and I am very grateful.
I have struggled with my mental health on and off in high school. What helped me more than anything during that phase was consuming positive and fulfilling content on the internet. I am really glad I got this opportunity of being a mental health blogger, so I can hopefully reach out and help someone likewise.
