UVic Celebrates Dia de Muertos

It’s the most wonderful time of the year…Dia de Muertos! Day of the Dead is a Mexican holiday celebrated on November 1 and 2 to honor our loved ones that have passed and create an altar with offerings to them when they come back to visit us on this beautiful holiday. Ever watched Coco? Now is the time. The Latinos Without Borders Club at UVic sets up an altar and prepares delicious food in the Latin American Studies department every year.
