Every Night is Cap’s Night in Residence

Cap’s is the late-night cafeteria on campus that serves all of your food needs past 7:30 pm.

The entrance to Caps

Need a snack? Go to Cap’s. Forgot to eat all day and need some carbs? Go to Cap’s. Want to drink some coffee and catch up on that reading you forgot to do that’s due in 20 minutes? You guessed it.

Cap’s is such an iconic place on campus I doubt you’d meet a student who hasn’t indulged in their chicken tenders or PB&J sandwiches. Look at the menu and you can see why it’s so popular with everyone in residence.

What most people don’t know, however, is that the menu is not telling the whole story. Next time you order fries or other dippable items, instead of reaching for your trusty, boring old ketchup, ask for the secret menu cheese sauce. Indulge yourself with the sweet sensation of cheesy goodness hugging your lonely french fry. Some people love it, others hate it, but why not spice up your Friday evening with a late-night taste test experiment.

Other great Cap’s dinner treats are:

  1. Margarita flatbread: flatbread with cheese and tomatoes: Good for a before-bed cheesy snack.
  2. Yam fries: Great to share with friends.
  3. Samosas with mango chutney sauce: Healthy and greasy at the same time.
  4. Hummus sandwich: Actually healthy.
  5. Capicola: A fancy grilled cheese with peppers, onions, and capicola meat.

Veggie samosas

There are also different sandwiches, salads, and fruit to munch on if you’re looking for something less greasy. Either way, Cap’s will satisfy all of your late-night snacking needs.
