Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

March is nutrition month!  So, the Student Health Ambassadors and Peer Educators (SHAPEs) decided to come up with a few simple and healthy recipes. As a busy student, it can be difficult to eat healthy when (1) you just don’t have a lot of time to prepare food, and (2) you don’t have a lot of money to spend on said food.

Have no fear! Overnight oats are here!  You may have heard of these before, but we’re showing a tasty variation that is just oatstanding. You’ll be t-oats looking forward to eating this breakfast item.

Here is a link to find more variations of overnight oats.

We’ll be posting a new recipe each week this month, so stay tuned for more!
