Adventures Near UVic

Back in class and the lab. Feeling thankful for a great break, and great friends.

This break made it really clear how many friends I have made while at UVic. 230 kilometers away from UVic, on the top of Mount Washington, I ran into friends I met in my first year while living in residence. 265 kilometers away from school, at On The Rocks Climbing Gym in Campbell River, I ran into a couple I’ve climbed with at CARSA (UVic’s new fitness complex). The UVic community seems to cover the entire island.
