Torpedo Launcher
The torpedo launcher is one of the main mechanical projects this cycle. The team is working to integrate the two 12V solenoids into the electrical system.
The torpedo design team has been creating CFD models to validate design choices.
The torpedo will be spring loaded, eliminating the need for a self propelled torpedo. The fins are rifled, allowing the torpedo to self stabilize during forward motion.
