Virtual learn to meditate sessions
Every Thursday from 4:30 p.m. – 5:15 p.m. the whole family can learn to meditate online with UVic’s Multifaith Services. No experience necessary.
Meditation and mindful awareness are key tools in the development of conscious and compassionate ways of being present to the complex and stressful reality of our lives.
You’ll need to download Zoom onto your phone/laptop/computer to take part in these free sessions.
