I learned about this dam in class, then I saw it IN REAL LIFE!

Have you ever been in class hearing about some cool project or initiative that you have wanted to check out, but it exists on the other side of the planet? Well, I have just come back from one of the largest (and famous) water management projects in the world here in the Netherlands, after learning about it in class in Canada the semester before!

This is the Delta Works facility and it’s the most impressive Dutch inventions since windmills and salted herring. It literally stops the Netherlands from going underwater! Anyways, you can check out my whole adventure in the video down below!
