Here is the third recipe for March Nutrition Month, brought to you by SHAPE and the Exercise is Medicine Group. Veggie loaded grilled cheese! Not only is it delicious and easy to prepare, but it has some valuable nutrition added from the veggies. Feel free to mix it up and use whatever veggies you have on hand.
