Glow with the Flow (video)

The 3rd annual Vikes Nation Yoga Rave was an electrifying success! This year was our first year hosting in the brand new CARSA Performance Gym! With a sold out 471 participants where students were free and community entered by donation (proceeds to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation), it was an unreal time with great vibes, amazing experiences and radical glows.

I was fortunate enough to help plan this event along with the main man, Campus Engagement Officer Zac Andrus. Thanks to O.N.E Coconut Water for sponsoring the event. Here’s a little video I put together that captures this unique event.
