I’m voting today, and you should too!

After my federal election face palm post, I figured out who I’m going to vote for!

This was a much harder decision than I thought it would be. I read a lot of biased BS from every party that wrapped my head in circles.

For example, I don’t think many of my values align with the Conservatives, but reading the blog post 10 Reasons Why Every Canadian Student Should Vote Conservative definitely made me think about it a little more.

What clarified it for me was getting to see the MP candidates for my riding speak at the debate on campus. It was clear which candidate had the most informed opinions on issues I care most about.

I hope a lot of students get out to vote this year!
