Clear out the belongings you no longer need so you can create a fresh environment for yourself and increase your focus for more success and intentional self-care.
Spend some time outside
Go for a short walk through nature, moving your body in the fresh air might be just what the doctor ordered!
Prioritize sleep and future self care
Regular good quality sleep contributes to your emotional wellbeing, brain function and overall physical health. If you want to keep your goals going, you need to intentionally build in regular self-care time, be it time alone or doing something that feeds your soul.
