On the other hand, joy can positively improve our overall well-being, so learning to find fulfillment in our personal and professional lives is key. In this upcoming Continuing Studies interactive, face to face session, you will learn ways to identify and manage stress, while recognizing the value of increasing joy levels in various areas of your life. You will learn practical strategies for reducing stress and tools for building resilience to be healthier, happier and more productive.
