Aaron Devor holds The Chair in Transgender Studies at the University of Victoria, the only one of its kind in the world. He been studying and teaching about transgender topics for more than thirty years. He was one of the authors of versions 6 and 7 of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health’s (WPATH) Standards of Care, and is now overseeing its translation into world languages.
