On Friday, September 29th, 2023 from 10:00am-2:00pm, Island Métis Family and Community Services is hosting an event to honor the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. This event features an art installation and story walk through that will provide education on the history of residential schools and honour the survivors and those who could not make it home.
