This organization is an extension of the St. Vincent de Paul church and they offer assistance with meals, food hampers, clothing, household goods, and advocacy. On income assistance cheque week, there is no meal service. Also, they have a home visit week during which time volunteers bring food vouchers and other assistance to those living on low incomes.
