The Mill Bay CMS Food Bank provides food hampers once a month to individuals and families in need. All you need to bring is identification and proof of residence in the Cobble Hill, Shawnigan Lake, or Mill Bay area. Hamper pickup is Tuesdays from 9:00am-2:00pm.
