IMCRT is a free service offered by Island Health which will send mental health clinicians to provide a rapid, mobile, community-based response to children, youth and families in crisis. IMCRT operates from 1:00 p.m. to midnight, seven days a week. To access this service for yourself or someone else, you must call the Vancouver Island Crisis Line and request to speak to IMCRT.
