On October 11th from 4:00-6:00PM PDT, there will be a free online screening of Dawnland and Dear Gerogina, followed by a question and answer period. These films discuss various Indigenous issues. Dawnland is an award winning documentary about how the child welfare system disproportionately affects Indigenous communities. Dear Georgina is about a Passamaquoddy elder who dives into her history to better understand her cultural heritage.
