Telus is offering a free smartphone plus a 2-year free phone plan for youth now age 19-26 who were in the care of the Ministry of Children and Family Development/Delegated Aboriginal Agency, on a youth agreement as of their 19th birthday, or eligible for the Agreement with Young Adults Program. The online application process includes a letter from a worker confirming you were a youth in care, an ID, and an address the phone can be mailed to.
