Anyone with a Greater Victoria Public Library membership can check out an E-Pass for free entry to kid-friendly locations throughout Victoria including the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria, Craigdarroch Castle, the Royal BC Museum, and Victoria Butterfly Gardens. While E-Passes are currently on pause due to COVID-19, GVPL hopes to bring them back soon. When active, the demand is high, so it is recommended to place a hold on a pass.
