Diane Janvier Dugan brings homemade masks to the northern community of La Loche, Saskatchewan. Dugan and her daughter made a Youtube video demonstrating how to make masks out of household items to encourage and empower those in the community to take charge and keep themselves safe. The video will be instructed in the Dene dialect to make sure everyone in her hometown of La Loche will be able to follow along without having an English translator.
