The City of Victoria and the Bay Centre are hosting free holiday wreath-making workshops leading up to the holidays! This one-hour workshop provides participants with the opportunity to create a 12-inch evergreen wreath. The event will be taking place on November 25 and 26 between 10:00am and 4:00pm.Online registration is required ahead of the event to book a timeslot.
