The Sooke Literacy Project is an initiative to make books accessible to the public, in order to build community and help individuals in the region develop confidence in their literacy skills. They have now been providing free books to the community, in the form of free book bins, for 12 years. Four artists added their own creative touches to the bins to celebrate this milestone.
