The Employment Transition Program at NIC offers student a chance to gain work, life and interpersonal skills in a supported environment. Students will also take part in supervised unpaid work experience and receive skills training that may lead to employment, supported work, volunteer opportunities or further skills training, depending on their goals. This program does have a cost but adult grants are available through the college for funding.
