Arbour Counselling Centre offers counselling to parents, children, teens, couples and individuals. Sessions are sliding scale and other forms of payment are also accepted. Such as benefits, claims, grants, employee assistance plans and donation or bursary. Sessions are available online or in person. Self referrals are welcome.
