Sidney Hurst, a student from Oak Bay high school, has designed and installed the region’s 600th little free library, Bowker Creek Books, as her graduation capstone project. This little library is located in the restored section of Bowker Creek and serves as more than just a library. It house puzzles, seeds and acts as a community pantry. Above all, Sidney hopes that her project will help bring people in the community together.
