La Leche League offers free mother-to-mother breastfeeding and breastfeeding information and support. Leaders are available to help by phone, email, text, or home- or hospital visits. There are also monthly meetings available. Visit the Facebook link to find the very active Facebook group, where meetings are announced, links are shared, and questions are asked and answered.
