The goal of the ELCC is to support organizations maximizing innovative practices in early learning and childcare services across Canada. This fund also supports the emerging needs and initiatives in response to the pandemic. Eligible organizations must be one of the following types: Not-for-profit organization, provincial and territorial entities, municipalities, or an Indigenous organization.
