Visitors of all ages can go to Oak Bay Village and view the carved pumpkin displays made by pumpkin artist John Vickers and contributors from the local community. This event is from October 26-30 (5:00pm-9:00pm); October 31 (5:00pm-10:00pm). There is also trick-or-treating on October 31 (2:00pm-5:00pm) followed by a Kiwanis Children’s costume parade.
