The Doulas for Aboriginal Families Grant Program (DAFGP) is provided by the B.C. Association of Aboriginal Friendship Centres, First Nations Health Authority and B.C. Ministry of Health. It provides up to $1,000,00 to Indigenous families residing in B.C. for doula support with each pregnancy. To qualify, the applicant, birthing person or their partner must be of Indigenous descent and must be residing in B.C.
