The Vancouver Island North School District, which serves Point Hardy and the surrounding region, plans to return to full-time in-person classes for most K-12 students starting September 10th. Due to small school size, half of the district schools will return to class as normal. The rest will use the same cohort system as other BC schools. All BC families are given the options of in-class instruction, distributed (online) learning, and traditional homeschooling, as well as specialized accommodation.
