The Gender Museum held an exhibition “Young People, Sexuality and Love” at the end of December 2022. This exhibition is a collaboration with various artists gathered under the ‘code name: non-binary’ at the Power Plant of Seoul National University’s Culture and Arts Center. The two-day event consisted of museum exhibitions, works by young contemporary artists, videos, seminars, performances, and dance parties. The Gender Museum’s exhibition consists of a total of five parts, including exhibitions of Korean young people’s memories of sex and love, broken hearts, letters, gifts left behind after broken relationship, collages, and making films, as well as sexuality-related paintings in history. Many people visited the exhibition and took part in the events including the university president, faculty members, museum directors, students, and the general public. The exhibition was also covered on television.
