Stay Healthy While Working From Home
Join the Healthy @ Home challenge from April 13 – April 17!
The health of Canadians is our priority. We understand how critically important it is to contain coronavirus disease, or COVID-19, because the people we represent are at heightened risk. Their care and well-being are being impacted by the virus and our highest priority is to support them, be good citizens and minimize the impact and duration of the pandemic.
In light of recent events, several employees have been asked to work from home, to practice social distancing, and limit the spread of the virus. Even though working from home has benefits, we can’t deny the impact this has on our physical and mental health. Our movement is limited, as well as our social interactions.
As such, the Canadian Cancer Society’s Healthy Workplaces is launching their next challenge Healthy @ Home!
This 5-day challenge is to support you in staying active at home.
Resources include a 5-day guide showing you different moves you can do every other hour.
