Many of our jobs require us to be at a desk looking at a screen for a good deal of our time.

In October, try this: Every 20 minutes spent using a screen, change your posture and try to look away at something that is 20 feet away from you for a total of 20 seconds.

To help you stick to it there are a number of apps available or you can use your calendar and set your own reminders. Another way to stay motivated and to remind you to change postures and look away is to ask a colleague to join you!
