Random Acts of Kindness Week is February 14-20, 2021

How will you pay it forward?

The message is simple: do something nice for someone and ask nothing in return, except that they do something nice for someone else. It doesn’t have to cost a cent. Sharing words of encouragement, saying hello to a neighbour, writing a poem for a friend – these are all the kinds of acts that citizens “pay forward” on this special day.

The Victoria Foundation has been leading this special day since 2015, including encouraging businesses and non-profits to take part.

Now more than ever we need a little kindness in our lives. Join the Victoria Foundation on February 17th in celebrating National Random Act of Kindness Day! There are lots of ways to get involved:

Get creative

Take some time to think about your friends, family, workplace or classroom. What could you do to put a smile on someone’s face?
