On-line Office Ergonomics Course

We are excited to announce that we are launching a new on-line Ergonomics course in Course Spaces! Employees will no longer have to wait for in-class sessions and will be able to take the online course in full or in part at their convenience. The in-person workshops for February and March will be postponed while we launch this new service and are slated to resume again in April on a new schedule. With this expanded service, employees will normally be expected to take the on-line training before registering for the classroom-based sessions.

This training program was developed by the Institute for Work & Health (IWH) in partnership with Public Services Health & Safety Association (PSHSA), Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) and U.S.-based Liberty Mutual Research Institute for Safety.eOfficeErgo: Ergonomics e-Learning for Office Workers is an evidence-based and standard-compliant online training program designed for employees who regularly use computers on the job.

For additional support, classroom based Office Ergonomics Courses are offered on a regular basis. We can answer questions that you may have about your own workstation.
