“This is Not a Cocktail Party” Artist: Peggy Frank (pegfrank.ca) Material: – Original sculpture – Plastic pill bottles on a plastic form and framework. Peggy Frank created a seven-foot sculpture in 2013 and toured Canadian HIV resource centres before arriving in St Andrews, N.B. for a sculpture competition.
