WestlawNext Canada required password change

At your first WestlawNext Canada signon after May 21st, you may see a pop-up screen asking you to change your password. This is a periodic refreshing required by WestlawNext Canada. The process is simple and takes only a couple of minutes, but it must result in a completely different password.

When you open WestlawNext Canada

  • Go to the Forgot Password screen and select “forgot password”
  • Enter username and email address
  • Answer 3 security questions
  • Enter the username and the temporary password sent to you via email. Enter new password.
  • Sign back into OnePass with your new password!
