About The REACH Project

The main goals of the current project are to:

• • 1) Share, disseminate, and get feedback the action plan and get feedback from community-based organizations, healthcare organizations, and professional associations on the action plan
    • The Action Plan to modernize gender, sex, and sexual orientation information in digital health systems was developed from a series of monthly consultation sessions that were held in 2020.
  • 2) Build tools needed for implementation of new health information practices.

We held monthly meetings on the second Tuesday of each month in 2021. These meetings touched on Special Topics that were relevant to the project’s two goals.
