0. Lunch, welcome and introductions
Tom Gore welcomed the members and introduced the members of the Chapter Executive: Vincent Connor, John Foxgord, Cliff Haman, Sheryl Karras, and Bert Klatt.
1. Approval of Agenda
The agenda for the 2007 AGM was approved (McGinn/Purse) MSC.
2. Approval of Minutes of the 2006 AGM (posted at https://onlineacademiccommunity.uvic.ca/PEA/2006/11/09/agm-minutes-2006/)
Minutes of the Chapter Annual General Meeting held November 15, 2006 were approved (McGinn/Andrews) MSC.
3. Chapter Annual Reports
The following annual reports were received and accepted by the members.
3.1 Chair’s Report
Chair Tom Gore presented his report outlining the events since the 2006 AGM. Chair 2007

3.2 Treasurer’s Report
Vincent Connor reviewed the Chapter’s current financial situation. Treasurer 2007

3.3 Association Executive Report Association Executive 2007
Cliff Haman presented the Association Executive Report.
3.4. Committee Reports
3.4.1 The Association/University Committee report was presented by Sheryl Karras. AU 2007

3.4.2 The Local Representatives Committee report was presented by Tom Gore. Local Reps 2007

3.4.3 The Seminars Committee report was presented by Jennifer Margison. Seminars 2007

3.4.5 The Elections Committee report was presented by Joe Sparrow. Elections 2007
Results: Wendy Major reported on nominations for Kevin Burns, Cliff Haman (President), Sheryl Karras and Rebecca Michaels. As no other nominations were received for the President vacancy, Cliff Haman was elected by acclamation. As no other nominations were received for the three Director vacancies, Kevin Burns, Sheryl Karras, and Rebecca Michaels were elected by acclamation.
4. Election of 2005/2006 Elections Committee
Motion to nominate Wendy Major as Chair of the Elections Committee (Blazey) MSC
Motion to nominate Kevin McGinn as Chair of the Elections Committee (McGinn) MSC
Motion to nominate Karen Walker as Chair of the Elections Committee (Walker) MSC
5. Other Business
Thanks and farewell were given to past Chair Dr. William McGhee for many years of service on the Local Chapter and Association executives.
