Get started: Selecting a template

There are two templates to choose from when creating your site. Each template is designed to help you get started with some basic elements. You can always make changes and continue to add to your site after selecting a template. In most cases, we recommend starting with the Beginner template and customizing your site from there. The available templates are:

• Beginner: the personal template uses the Twenty Sixteen theme and is a very basic starting point. A personal site is automatically created with three pages, all accessible through the menu: Home, About, and Contact. You can then customize the site to suit your needs.
• E-portfolio: this template uses the Twenty Fifteen theme. When you select this template, your site is automatically created with pages for your About, Achievements, Publications, and Research. The layout is already set up for you in a way that you can quickly add your own content.
