Bi-weekly Speaker Series: Student Finances
Our next lecture will be presented by Dr. Adel. The topic of discussion is managing student finances, financial resources, and how to make money while you are studying. Please join us Tuesday, February 17th from 5:30-6:15pm in David Strong room C122. The lecture will be 30 minutes followed by a 15 minute Q&A so please bring any questions you have!
Islamic Awareness Week and Volunteer Workshop
We are pleased to announce that Sheikh Alaa Elsayed will be joining us for a lecture during our Islamic Awareness Week happening in March! Sheikh Alaa is a renowned speaker based out of Toronto and is involved with Mercy Mission World, AlKauthar Institute, and the Islamic Center of Canada.
We are hosting a IAW Volunteer Workshop on Thursday, Feburary 19th from 4:30-5:30pm in Clearihue D132. Here you can find out about what we need help with, when we need help, and how you can get involved. We are still looking for volunteers to help us organize and plan the events. If you have not yet filled out our volunteer form please do so in preparation for the workshop.
