About Me

Born and raised on the west coast of British Columbia, Canada, this is the place on this planet that makes me the happiest. The mountains of northern Italy where my mother is from is a close second. When I’m not doing math I’m probably, riding my bike, at the gym weight lifting, at the beach, cooking, or painting.

Research

I Work under the supervision of Dr. Rod Edwards, in the department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Victoria. My research interests mainly involve, but are not limited to:

  • Dynamical Systems
  • Differential Equations
  • Non-smooth Dynamical Systems
  • Non-linear Dynamics
  • Network Dynamics
  • Chaos

The majority my research during my time as a MSc candidate has been in Non-smooth dynamical systems with an emphasis on Chaotic dynamics. The systems in question are known as Glass networks.

Personal Interest

Some of my hobbies outside of math that keep me sane while I work on my research, in no particular order:

  • Painting and Drawing
  • Cooking
  • Weight Lifting
  • Riding my Bike
  • Fishing
  • Making Wine
  • Playing the Piano
