    Xwulqe’selu Connections is a community-based research project led by the Groundwater Science and Sustainability research group at the University of Victoria and guided by Cowichan Tribes, Province of British Columbia, Cowichan Watershed Board, and Koksilah Working Group. We are funded by the National Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) for five years.
