We all feel a bit stressed out or struggle to cope with a problem from time to time. We all get angry once in a while or find it hard to express our needs assertively. Most of us could use a little help finding balance, getting enough sleep, and getting active.<\/p>\n<p>Each Wellness Module breaks down a different factor related to mental health and well-being. You\u2019ll explore different evidence-based skills to help you work through common problems. Don\u2019t be fooled\u2014some of these skills aren\u2019t as simple as they appear! But if you\u2019re willing to dedicate a bit of time and effort, you\u2019ll find that good mental health is in everyone\u2019s reach.
