Because heavy feelings lighten when you put them into words.<\/p>\n<p>Embrace all of your emotions\u2014whether they feel good or challenging or difficult. It\u2019s all part of being human.<\/p>\n<p>This week\u2014and every week after\u2014don\u2019t go uncomfortably numb. <b>#GetReal<\/b> about how you feel.
