February 4th is World Cancer day. World Cancer day was started to show support, raise our collective voice, take personal action and press our governments to do more for cancer patients. There are a number of ways you can take action. The world cancer day website has a tool that allows you to build a custom poster that can be shared on social media. You can also make a donation, start a conversation with your family, friends and/or colleagues about Cancer.
If you’re feeling a bit more ambitious then you can make a statement by lighting up a significant landmark to be illuminated on world cancer day in orange and blue. If you are multilingual then you can help the world cancer day campaign by volunteering to help translate materials.
